I found that if I set my staff account to Amelia manager, when he try to reach https://domain.com/wp-admin/, i will show "There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.", I have to set the role to Administrator then all function will back to normal, but my staff can edit my page in this case, what should I do to solve it? Thanks
Thanks for reaching out to us. Please double check if the WP user only has one user role assigned. This might be an issue with the mixed roles. Amelia Manager doesn't have all the options as an Admin, but they should be able to log in to the backend, just as an Admin.
Yes, the WP user only has one role, and it was working fine before, suddenly got that error page when my staff back to work and trying to check the booking. Thanks
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I see, i've actually seen a similar issue on the other ticket where this error appears and it was related to a conflict with the third party plugin. It was related to the plugin "check-email", but I guess it's an isolated case. Anyway, you can double check this, as well.
We don't have "check-email" this plug-in, let me try to deactivate other plug-in have a look, and the amelia version now I am using 7.8, do i need to update to 7.8.1 first? Thanks

Hi Nail Jolly,
Unfortunatelly, it's still the same. I've tried https://nailjolly.com/wp-login.php
and it still giving me this issue
Perhaps, you can disable this "DoLongin Security" and I can try again.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Nail Jolly,
Well, this is an updated version of Amelia, so you can definitely install 7.8.1 first and see if the issue persists.
