Tables are not displaying on Mozilla Firefox browser on Windows 10 Pro computer which just so happens to be the browser our client uses. Screenshot attached. The search facility etc are displaying but not the table headers and the cell content. I can confirm the tables display perfectly on Chrome browser.
My sincerest apology, there was an error on this ticket from my end - I wrote a reply, but it somehow did not get sent properly.
This will not happen again, thank you very much for your patience.
When I visit the URL from the ticket, we are not able to see any table on that Page on Chrome/Mozilla.
Can you please send us the URL where this table should be and we will investigate this issue with urgency?
What is the table type on that Page?
You could also check, if you can reproduce the issue on your end - open your browser's developer console, can you see any error text there?
For example, if you have a server-side processing table and you use any active caching on a page - there will be an issue. If that is the case, please disable caching for any page where you have a server-side table.
If you wish us to take a closer look, it is best to also send us WP-Admin/Administrator user credentials, so we can check out the table back-end, as well.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I am able to see the table - I am on a Windows 10 Pro OS, visiting the Page from the latest Mozilla :
Can you ask your client to please check did they update their Mozilla to the latest version? If not, see if they can update it, and purge cache of the browser, then refresh the Page.
Does this perhaps solve the issue?
If not - can they open the browser's developer console, and check in the Network and Console tabs - is there any error they can find? If so - please check the error text and send it to us - and a screenshot of the error(s) if possible.
The website has it's own dedicated hosting. Also my team are super smart with this sort of thing. The source data sits on a Google sheet. Cheers. Jim Radford

Just out of interest I went to take a peek at your site Jim, and your tables are soooo fast !
Are you still using WpDataTables ?
How did you get them to be so responsive ?
