Hello Amelia Support Team,  I need assistance in configuring my yoga classes to ensure customers can only book within the scheduled event times. Here’s what I’m trying to achieve:  Set Classes as Events: I want to create recurring yoga classes as events rather than services, so customers can only book during the designated times (e.g., "Serenity Stretch – Every Wednesday from 6 PM to 7 PM," with a capacity of 15).

Event Packages: I’d like to create packages that include these events, allowing customers to book only within the event schedules.

Drop-In Options: For customers who do not purchase packages, they should still be able to book drop-in sessions for available events, again limited to the set times.

Service Time Restrictions: If I were to use services instead of events, I need guidance on restricting service availability to specific class hours to prevent bookings outside those times.

Please advise on the best way to implement these settings to ensure proper booking management for my yoga classes.  Thank you!

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You can set the capacity for events to 15 in Amelia, ensuring that only a limited number of customers can book each class. However, at the moment, there is no built-in option to create event packages.

For customers who wish to book drop-in sessions, you can still allow them to book events individually without needing to purchase packages.

If you decide to use services instead of events, you can restrict service availability to specific class hours by excluding those services from your regular working hours and adding them to special days. This will prevent customers from booking outside the designated times.

Let us know if you need further guidance!

    Kind Regards,
