Hello, is there a way to create a template table with already pre-filled rows/cells so if a new user visits that table they will only fill the blank cells..? I am talking own data editing..

    Hi Raymond,

When it comes to table templates - For now, we only have it for Simple tables.

But If I understand, you need front-end editing, so this won't be possible with the Simple table type.

    2. For editable tables, the only 'workaround' to currently make something similar to a 'template table' can be to make duplicates.

For example, when you have a table that you've configured and want to create a new one similar to that one, you can use the duplicate option:

For manual tables, I would strongly advise leaving this option enabled:

This way, the plugin will create a new table in the database, so changes in the new table will not affect the original table.

    2. Now, if you use our Feature "Each user can only see and edit their own rows", in this case, you can already have some rows in the table - but if a new user who did not edit anything in the table yet, he/she will not see any rows until they begin adding new rows of their own.
You can check more on this feature here.

Please note, when you activate "Show all rows in back-end", then only the Admin can see all rows on back-end, but on front-end, it will be blank even for the Admin user if he/she did not add any rows to this table.

Let me know if that helps.

    Kind Regards,

Hello, thanks for the reply! Actually what we need is, that if a newly registered user enters a page she will see a full table with prefilled cells and she only needs to fill all the blank cells(frontend editing) as answers to the question in the prefilled cell. It took me 2 days figuring this out and it seems it's not possible. Now my boss is thinking about a refund because it looks like this is not what we need. How can we get a refund..?
