I am experiencing an issue with the Amelia plugin on my WordPress site. I have set up the integration with Google Calendar, but I noticed that only one out of three appointments is being added to my Google Calendar.
I have checked several aspects:
The connection to my Google account is properly established.
Amelia has the necessary permissions to access Google Calendar.
There are no apparent errors in the synchronization settings.
However, despite this, it seems that some appointments are not being synchronized correctly. This issue is affecting my schedule management and is causing a poor experience for my clients.
Could you please help me diagnose and fix this issue?
Thanks for reaching out to us. Try increasing the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" to higher number (2500). You can find this option in Google Calendar settings. I believe that this is related to this option since the sync is properly configured, otherwise, you would not be able to see the appointments at all.
Please note that it might take some time for Google Calendar to sync the changes, but let me know if it works.
You also need to enable "remove busy slots" in order to change this number.
Thanks for the access, but I would need the admin permission. This user doesn't have all the permissions needed. Can you please change to admin permissions?
Thanks again for the credentials. Unfortunatelly, I wasn't able to reproduce this issue. I've booked a couple of appointments for test employees, and here is how they are shown on the Google Calendar
The configuration is correct, I don't see any issues, even the maximum number of events is increased.
I understand your point; however, some of my clients' appointments are not reflected in my calendar. Here is a list of appointments that I had to add, as they were not included in the attached file.
Thanks for the link, but, even if it try again I'm still able to see all the appointments on Google Calendar, therefore I'm not able to reproduce the issue. It's important to note that the appointments created before the sync are not visible on the Google Calendar. Only the appointments created after the sync will be visible on the Calendar.
