I am using Amelia Startup package, I manage setting the booking and event but for google meet appointment, I have few problem and question 1) how customer change their own email , it seems they cannot change their email when filling the customer information during booking 2) when I finish entering the date&time, and "Your information" the screen is stuck as attachment, how can i resolve this
Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like you are trying to book an appointment while logged in as an admin. Therefore, Amelia automatically recognizes the credentials and automatically populates the fields. You want to make sure that the booking form is opened in the incognito tab and then you will be able to enter the credentials properly. I guess the second issue of not being able to book is related to the first one (its a conflict) but feel free to try to book again and let me know if it works.

Just went to your website to book the appointment, but for some reason, I'm not able to see the booking form on the frton end. It looks like the caching plugin is not letting the booking form be visible on the front end.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the creds, i was finally able to reproduce the use case. It looks like it has been stuck on the customer information step, but I'm not able to see anything in dev console. Can you update to the latest version Amelia 7.8 and see if it resolves the issue? You can download this from TMS store account or manually update from Plugin section.
The reason why are not able to see the booking form on the front end page is because of the caching plugin conflict. If you disable the WP Optimize, then the caching plugin would appear. But, there is still no message in developer console showing what should be an issue.
When did this start to occur? I can send the previous version (Amelia 7.6.2) so you can have an operable website, but you would need to send us a staging site with this current configuration. I can then forward the staging site along with the issue to the developers for further troubleshooting.

The reason why are not able to see the booking form on the front end page is because of the caching plugin conflict. If you disable the WP Optimize, then the caching plugin would appear. But, there is still no message in developer console showing what should be an issue.
When did this start to occur? I can send the previous version (Amelia 7.6.2) so you can have an operable website, but you would need to send us a staging site with this current configuration. I can then forward the staging site along with the issue to the developers for further troubleshooting.

The problem here is that the developer can't reproduce this behavior, as the info step loads every time without issues for the free service:
But there is a reCaptcha error present on the page:
What you can try is deactivating both reCaptcha integrations (Amelia's in the general settings and Contact Form 7)
Then clear the cache and check if the problem is resolved.

As we mentioned before, there's a reCAPTCHA error on the page. When we disable it in the general settings, we are able to book the service:
Can you double-check your reCAPTCHA integration? This usually happens when the keys are incorrect.
We tested this on https://justacoffee.ca/book-a-google-meet/ since we can no longer access your staging site (https://staging2.justacoffee.ca/book-a-google-meet/).
We also deleted the test appointment on October 31st that we created for testing purposes.
Also, the issue of the booking form not being visible on the front-end page is related to the caching issue (siteground)
