We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi!
we purchased Amelia with the promise of integration with Stripe, which we know supports BLIK payments - only to find out that these payments are not supported by Amelia. In our opinion there was insufficient information about this limitation at the time of purchase.
BLIK is a very common payments standard in Poland, and we need this to work.
Is there any related roadmap item for the support of BLIK? or a workaround?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, that's correct. While you can add the other payments within Stripe itself, Amelia, currently only supports credit cards, when it comes to Stripe payments. Feel free to suggest this on our suggestion page, as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

thanks for the response. I've found several requests on the new feature page related to BLIK - could you guys consolidate them?
I want to highlight that the payments feature without support for BLIK is rather useless in Poland, as BLIK has a huge market share and is on a growth trajectory.. I'm afraid I'll need to find an alternative solution if there's no timeline for adding BLIK support. is there any way you can channel this feedback to the product engineering team?

One more question - does integration with Mollie have the same restrictions? (from a quick read they should support Blik payments and PLN currency but would like to know restrictions from the Amelia integration side)

Hello Michal,
Actually, if you are using Mollie, Amelia will give you the option to customers to choose the payment method that has been added to Mollie account. Once they finish booking, a separate Mollie window will open letting them selecting a method. I'm also reading that the Blik can be integrated with Mollie, so you can give it a try.
