We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    I an looking to get a couple answers to questions on this software

    1. Is there a way to limit the sale of certain "Services" to specific times. Example: I rent my game trailer out on Friday - Sunday at a 400 rate, during the week its 350. I created 2 seperate services for the rate difference but cant limit which one can be selected based on the dates picked. 

    2. Is there a way to add a field for a customer address to the forms? I need to know the location of the address becuase I travel to the customer. Additionally, is there a way to limit the distance a customer can be from the base home location? I would not take my trailer 200 miles from the home base unless I charged a T&M surcharge. Is a charge based on overall location possible. 

    Im sure I will have other questions but if I can start with these it would much appreciated. I have not found any information regarding this on the site. Thanks in advance.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. For that purpose, you can assign specific services to days of the week on the Amelia/Employees/Work Hours page.5759663003.png
    2. There is no limit distance with custom fields, but you can add an "Address" custom field for the purpose of customer adding address when booking an appointment.
