Within Amelia, I'm trying to edit two recently added Services:
"Cancer Introductory Call" and "Cancer Introduction Meeting"
both of which I added today. When I click on them from the services menu, I get the hanging blank popup window as shown on the attached screenshot.
Additional info which may or may not be relevant:
I tried clearing the browser cache.
Both of these services and the "Cancer Coaching Session" are in the "Cancer Consulting" category. I am still able to edit the "Cancer Coaching Session" service as intended.
I created a test Service in the Reiki category and was able to go in to edit that one with no issue.
plot twist, I deleted the category, which deleted all child services, so I'm starting over. Problem solved for me, but the bug / issue remains....whatever it was,
Glad to hear that all is fine now and hopefully this will not happen to you again. We checked this in several environments and we could not replicate the issue so we can not know what happened on your site. Hopefully this will not happen again.
