We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hello Team, hope you are doing great,

I have a little bug with working hours in the employee panel, this is the context "The employee registers using a custom Gravity Forms registration form, this form captures all his personal information, and also categorizes it into categories of Amelia in which you want to offer services, Coaching (Category Amelia) - Self-improvement (Service associated with the category of Amelia), in addition it creates a Wordpress account and creates and link a user with role wpamelia-employee, this generates a registration request that we manage from the backend which must be accepted to allow the user employee can access the area of My account (which is developed and customized with woocommerce)

Once there, we have the employee front-end panel to which when clicking on the email tab (the one with the down arrow) and click on My Profile > Work schedules because when trying to set the work schedules of that employee, the drop-down list of services does not show all the ones I assigned in the registration form."

Dont know if you have faced something similar in the past

We'd very thankful if you can guide us fixing this

If you need additional information, just let me know

    Regards
    Jose Daniel

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To be honest we never had such a case so we would appreciate if you can send us a short one up to two minutes video so that we can see the process and the issue so that we can test and have a closer look.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Kind Regards,
