You've got the wrong files linked in the download email from two days ago - it's not the updated plugin, it's wdt-master-detail.zip instead.

I checked with our QA Team and the developers. They did some tests and for us, it arrived correctly, we cannot reproduce the issue.
We got two separate Emails, one for wpDataTables and the other for Master-Details add-on, for both we can see the download link works as it should.
Here is a screenshot of how our inbox looks with the two separate Emails :
So as we are unable to reproduce this issue, and at the moment you are the first user who reported it;
can you please show us some screenshots of how your Email looks exactly, and if you can record a Video of your screen so we can see how it looks when you try to use the download link?
If the Video can't be attached to the ticket, you can upload it to weTransfer and send a download link.
If it shows any sensitive details, please mark the reply as PRIVATE, for security, then only we can see it.
