I just updated the plugin to 6.7 and all tables have the same issue: a loading table is displayed above the properly loaded one (they're on top of each other).
So, we are basically changing this part of the code with the fix, where $tableIDcounter is and we replace it with $this->getId().
Save the change, now clear the cache of your Site and browser, then refresh the Page and let us know if that fixes the issue?
If you need us to do this code edit we need the following access :
Please provide me the URL to the Site and a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens along with FTP Credentials, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just ensure to send this in a private message, and nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the reply. I managed to revert to the previous version, which worked fine, and I will wait for you to deploy the patched update before updating. On a related topic, is there a repository containing older versions of the plugin?
No problem, you can wait for the official release of this fix in the upcoming update.
It is scheduled for sometime next week, but we can't guarantee the exact ETA since our QA Team is testing a lot of other functionalities, there are some unpredictable factors at play which might postpone it.
Of course, you can use an older version as a temporary solution.
There is no repository where users can get older versions - our policy is to always support and recommend the latest update, but in some specific situations, you can reach out to us on a private ticket and we can always send you an older version if needed.
- If you apply this fix manually now, when the new update comes out, it is going to override any code editing of our files.
That being said - since the developers will most probably apply this/same code edit, in that case it would just stay the same, at least for that part of the code.
In other words, basically, it is as you said, there can not be any harm if you apply the patch manually, then when you update - your Plugin will just pick up/sync with the updated version without any issues.
Our Support will, of course, be here if you encounter any issue whatsoever or if you have any questions.
I am testing wpdatacharts and seems have the same issue. Is there any code snippet to fix this? Also please consider to apply patch in next release. Thank you
Hello Victor Hugo Calderón González, My apologies, I firstly wrote a wrong code edit here, then deleted the reply.
So, the original reported issue on this ticket is for tables having that 'infinite loader animation' above them. But what you reported is another bug on our end, it only happens to the Apex chart engine.
Our developers made a fix, we are sending you the JS file as an attachment.
Here is how to apply it :
Extract the JS file and you can upload it to overwrite the existing one from our Plugin files via your FTP on the Hosting server - or the hosting file manager, in this path :
The fix should be added in the upcoming update, but the QA Team is doing additional tests to make sure.
It works on our Test sites, and we have a lot of users who repored it works for them, too.
If you need us to apply the JS fix for you :
Please create a new PRIVATE ticket from your Ticksy account - and on that ticket, provide me the URL to the Page with the chart(s);
and a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens;
along with FTP Credentials, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

Hi Rok,
This is a bug - We have multiple users reporting it, it is related to our new Loader option for tables/charts.
Our developers made a fix, it works on our Test Site, but we are still testing it before it gets added to an update.
Can you please try this fix on your Site and let me know if it works for you?
Here are the instructions :
Find this PHP file in our Plugin folder via your FTP on the Hosting server :
..wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/templates/admin/common/loader_for_table.inc.php
Around line 29, find this :
Replace it with this :
