In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Your new update for Master-Detail Tables is causing a major problem for our main wpDataTables page that has forced us to move to using a backup of the site from before your update. It keeps updating to the new version every night and I have to move to the September 15 backup every day. Here is the problem. When the main page loads, the first 100 rows or so keep trying to load but don't load. I learned that if I scroll down about 100 rows I see the content that should display, but my subscribers don't know that and just think the site is not working. This is urgent for us. This has happened other times when an new update is circulated. Please fix this or tell me what to do.

We are not able to reproduce this issue, and so far you are the first user who reported it :

Since you keep reverting that Live site to the previous version - Is it possible if you can make a Staging version of the Site, where you will keep the latest versions in order for us to see and try to isolate the issue?
If you can then please send me an URL of the Page on Staging where you reproduce it, so we can see the issue and try to resolve it?
We will also need Administrator user credentials, and FTP credentials, for safe troubleshooting, if that is OK.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
