I've already re-opened Public Ticket #3708711 but still waiting on response for that so opening another ticket to get some immediate eyeballs on this issue.
SMS notifications have yet again dropped out and not working.
Customer is getting extremely annoyed with this. Your SMS service is incredibly unreliable. It appears to stop working almost every month.
Can you please provide some urgent assistance with this??
For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once. Our agent has responded to your ticket during his shift yesterday and as soon as this ticket pop us again he will reply to you again. Opening several ticket will not get you answer faster but opposite and new tickets end up at the end of the queue so they are covered last.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!
