Hi, I've been using Amelia for a few months, and everything was working fine. At a certain point, Amelia stopped displaying the new packages I've created on the page. It says there are no services inside the package, but that's not true! The new packages are identical to the ones I created previously, but when I call them on the page using the shortcode for both the catalog and the booking step, they do not appear. The old packages work fine, but all the new ones are not shown and have the same issue. If I assign one of these new packages to a user, they can see and book it without any problem from their user area. There seems to be something broken on the front end. Can you please help me? It's quite urgent. I tried updating Amelia to the latest version, 7.7.1, but it still doesn't work. This is a serious issue for me because the studio's sales are blocked due to this problem. Look at the link I sent you. The first packages are all fine, but the OPEN packages (which are the new ones) are not displayed, although they are identical to the others!
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I'm currently forced to use the 1.0 catalog to unlock the situation, but knowing that Amelia is experiencing issues doesn’t give me peace of mind. It seems as though the 2.0 catalog no longer recognizes the new IDs of the packages I’ve created, but only the old ones
Hi, I found out that if I create a new employee and new services, then create a new package, everything WORKS. So, something must have gotten stuck with the IDs of the "old" employees, services, and packages. Obviously, I can’t recreate everything from scratch because I have already sold many packages and have bookings scheduled until late November, so it would be impossible to redo everything. Could this help you provide me with a solution? There must be a bug in Amelia that caused this.
