The new loader is ugly and stupid. I'm glad you added the option to disable it, but how do I globally disable it?
Are you really going to require me to go through the unnecessary multiple steps of editing every chart on my site to get to the option to disable the loader?
I never wanted the loader and it was forced onto us. How can I remove it from all charts?
I am sorry to see you are having such a bad experience with our new loader feature.
We are looking into this with our QA Team and the developers with urgency and going to advise you on possible options, to see if there is a workaround to completely remove it globally.
As soon as they advise, we will report back right away.
I am truly sorry, but currently, we don't have any way to globally set the loaders to be disabled, so for now, you would have to go into each table customize settings and disable the loader option per individual table and chart.
We will do our best to add this option though, as soon as possible. We can't say an exact ETA on it, but you can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like ( it is also available in the plugin dashboard), where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
Yikes. Please don't do this kind of thing again! You forced something ugly onto all customers with the default option enabled, and the only way to fix it is to do the cumbersome multistep process of editing every chart. (Editing existing charts should not be separated into steps like that!)
I'll just have to downgrade to an older version for now in order to get rid of the ugly loader that was forced on my charts.
Daniel / Milos - how can we downgrade back to 6.6.1 (?) or the previous stable version. Where can we download that, and if we do, are there any issues with having already gone in and made updates based on disabling the loader on individual charts?
1. In regards to the global option do toggle loaders for all tables/charts:
We spoke with management and the developers Team on this subject. Thank you for this feedback, we truly appreciate it.
A task is made for the developers, they will work on implementing a global option in the Plugin settings which will work as a toggle to disable/enable the Loader for all tables and a separate toggle for all charts.
We can't say an exact ETA, but they will do their best to add this as soon as possible.
As mentioned, you can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like ( it is also available in the plugin dashboard), where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
2. @Roger, in regards to obtaining older Plugin versions :
We generally recommend always using the latest Plugin version and we provide support for it - but for specific situations like this, we are able to send you an older Plugin version installation per user request.
For that, you are not able to obtain older plugin versions from your end, but we can send it to you.
You would need to open a private ticket and just request the version you need, then we will send it to you via a download link in the private message.
3. In regards to possible issues specifically in regards to toggling the loader - if you were to reroll/downgrade the version - we can confirm all your charts/tables are going to function as normal, as they worked in that previous version - the loader will just not be included in that case.

I'll be restoring from a daily backup.
