    Bom dia.

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I would like to know if there is any possibility of scheduling the visibility of a service? That is, creating a service, making it invisible and scheduling it to be visible on a certain date?  - You can delete all work hours in employee modal and then only create special day so this service only shows as available on special days. You can read more about it on this link https://wpamelia.com/configuring-schedule/

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Marko.

I thought about that option, but the thing is: all services are seat posts in a cowork space acessible 24h a day and with only 1 employeee created. The goal is to set all seat posts automatically available when empty and non-available when full, but if I make it invisible, when clients try to book in website they only see the availables seat posts, but I want they see that there are more seat posts, however non-available.

I don't know if this make sense to you? Basically I want that my client knows that I have 6 posts in cowork but only 3 are available f.e.

I have one seat post available for 1 month and then create a service package for 1 day, 1 week, 1 months, 3 months, another one for 6 monts, one for 9 months and another one for 12 months. When I book an appointment I only book the first day and hour to start. It doesn't block one month f.e. if I select this package, only the day to start.
There is another option, create a specific service for every single option, but this will give me an extended list of services, that is not the most suitable.

    Thanks for the support.

    Hello again,

No Im afraid that we do not quite get what you want to achieve but we only have to option

    1. Specials day that we already mentioned

    and

    2. Standard work hours. The availability of the service is defined by employees' working hours, so you would need to edit those in order to achieve this.

When you go to Amelia/Employees, and select that employee, go to the Work Hours tab. In there create several working periods. For example:

My employee would work on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 08:00 - 10:30, on "Second" service from 10:30 - 15:30, and then again on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 15:30 - 24:00.

You'd be adding these periods by clicking on the blue + sign next to the name of the day, in the top right.

This is what we can offer you and you can choose one of those features there is notting else Im afraid.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

So what you're saying is that to make services unavailable for the user but visible on frontend, I have to create a specific employee with specific working hours?

I made a test. I create a new employee with no working hours and specific seat posts.

With this setup, services applied are not available and invisible at the frontend. I check this with no working hours and with a break between 9am and 7pm. The result is the same...

    Hello again,

From your screenshot we can not see the issue. Can you please send us short one minute video of the issue where you explain what you want exactly and what the issue is and we will show you how you can set this up.

    Looking forward to your reply.
