We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi
We are developing a booking process for a fly fishing club, the example is in our related URL. Currently we have a reasonable process developed, however there is an issue we need to fix. We need to limit the number of rods and number of vehicles per water, ideally per week and per day. I have attached the table of this from their existing booking page.
We currently have members and guests set up as extras, which simplifies the payments, however we can't find any way to count them as fisherman and limit them daily or weekly. We also aren't counting vehicles, and need to limit how many go each week.
One other minor issue: we have the waters set up as Services, when trying to set up new ones, it asks for an employee. Is it better to set up separate employees per water, or just use the same one? Should we set up Locations per water too? This might help with helping members find the waters.
Appreciate your assistance on this.

Hello Blake,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
How can we set up the booking system to track and limit the number of vehicles and rods for each water on a daily and weekly basis? We also need to find the best way to organize the waters—should they be set up as separate employees, use the same employee for all, or be managed as Locations to help members easily identify and find them?
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
