We are running latest version 7.7.1 and we have a bug where in the Approved notification emails the duration time FROM - TO is wrong and show as 1 astronomical hour for an event that's 4 astronomical hours.
The issue is not in the time zones I am talking about the Duration of the appointment. The booked appointment duration is 4 hours but in the confimation email from Amelia the customer and the employee receive info that the appointment if for 1 hour duration.
You can see in our screenshot that this placeholder work on our end so it should work on our end also but if it does not we can test this and check on your site if you give us temporary admin credentials.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
We will take a look at this now and we will reach out to you again on this ticket as soon as we have more information.
Hello,

Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Not sure what the difference is exactly but we do not have such bugs.
Amelia works like this
1. You see the booking in backend in time zone that you set in WP
2. Employee will see it in the time zone that you set in employee modal
3. Customer will see it on the time zone that is set on their device
4. If the issue is calendar then you or your customer must set the correct time zone in your calendar
Hope this helps in case it does not please send us screenshots of the issue and screenshots of the mentioned settings.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic

Hello again,
What placeholder you are using? You need to use this
%appointment_duration%
And we have tested this and all is working fine
Hope this helps.

Our email template has:
%appointment_date% от %appointment_start_time% до %appointment_end_time%
I think %appointment_end_time% - doesn't consider the duration of the appointment?

Hi Marko,
Yes your placeholder works but I am not talking about the %appointment_duration% placeholder. I am talking about the following placeholders:
%appointment_date% from %appointment_start_time% to %appointment_end_time%
As I mentioned in my previous reply: I think %appointment_end_time% - doesn't consider the DURATION of the appointment?
Can you comment on that?
Thanks!
