We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
for my booking system I want customers to be able to book specific services for specific times. For example beginners yoga on a Tuesday at 20:15pm - 21:00pm only. But on the front end it is showing 20:15-21:00 and 21:15 - 22:00pm as well. My WordPress settings timezone is set to my timezone Dublin, the amelia settings is set to "show in client time zones" and in the employees section I have set 20:15-21:00pm to assigned service beginners yoga and only employee which is me. I have no buffer times anywhere and the company's time finishes at 21:00pm on a Tuesday. This same problem is happening for several of my services please can you help? I want my website to advertise my website next week but can't if this is not resolved. I've watched loads of videos, articles and chat get and have been trying to fix for hours with no luck.
Hello Siobhan,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hi Uros,
Thank you for getting back to me. I had some website support from fiverr service and they were able to fix the issue thank you. What I am now wondering is support with setting up packages so for a 6 week Yoga Class pack where customers can book all 6 before checkout or if they buy a 6 class pack they can pick 1 and then book the others on a week to week basis but when I go to the front end to book like this I don't get an email or text confirmation with my booking how do I conifer this please?
Hello Siobhan,
Thank you for the update on this.
Are those the only emails that are not being sent out, or are all the emails not being sent out?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
