    Hello,

    When you set a service with custom duration, such as 2h ou 3h. If you are on the customer panel and you want to reschedule the service, it comes with the default duration of the booked service. For me it should come with the same custom duration of the booked service.

    This is important because the customer has paid for 2 ou 3h hours and he wants to reschedule for the same amount of time. If he can only reschedule for 1h this is not ok.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Yes, this is how it works at this time and when they try to reschedule the default value comes up. We are aware of this but at this time this is not possible to change I'm afraid. Once there are no more technical obsticals we will try and change this but for now this is not possible to achieve Im afraid. The must cancel this appointment and then they need to book a new one custom duration can not be rescheduled at this time.
