We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    i have upgraded the package to standard but is not updating on the website

    What was the resolution here I'm having the same issue.

    Hello there,

    Please open your own ticket since other users will get each of your question and our replies and we do not want to disturb other users.

    Upgrade is not automatically done it needs to be updated manually.

    You can download Amelia from your profile in our store. We can not send you folder in public response and since this is not your ticket we can not send it here either. 

    We are sending you a short instruction on how to update Amelia to the latest version.

    Go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled. 

    Then, go to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin. If you're using WordPress 5.8+, you'll be able to go to the Plugins section/Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.

    When you upload the file, WordPress will inform you that you're replacing the plugin with the new version, so just confirm that. After the plugin is installed, activate it, and make sure to purge all cache from your website.
