We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Je rencontre un problème lorsque mes clients doivent se connecter à leur compte après avoir effectué une réservation. J'ai cru comprendre que lors de la première connexion, ils devaient cliquer sur "réinitialiser le mot de passe". Mais en cliquant sur le lien dans le mail qui permet de réinitialiser le mot de passe, je tombe à nouveau sur la page de connexion au compte avec un message erreur... (voir capture écran)
Pouvez-vous m'aider avec ce soucis ?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
You need to add a customer panel placeholder to your appointment-approved notifications like this for example
And when they book for the first time and when they click on the link they will be redirected automatically to set the password and the user name will always be the mail that they used during the purchase.
You need to do this also for customer panel access as well copy and add this %customer_panel_url% there and when they forgot password they will be able to reset it.
This should help.
