One of our employees has stopped working on thursdays sowe have removed this from their working days but now we cannot see their previous appts in the calendar page because for some reason even if they have appts it doesnt show them so we was going to go back through and add their previous working thursdays as special days but its all greyed out for past days
our girls change their schedules constantly and as you dont offer a shift working option we have to be able to change their working days going forward so then removing them from the calendar view for that day just does not work and also removing the ability to add special days to the past was our work around and now thats gone as well.
This time I'm afraid we don't understand what exactly you want to achieve and what exactly is the issue? Can you explain in a little more detail and send us short one-minute video?

she has now stopped working Thursdays so we removed the working hours of Thursday from her employee profile. Now if we look at the calendar for previous weeks none of her already completed appointments show up in the calendar view (you can still see them under the appointments view) but for some reason you do not show her previous Thursday appointments under the calendar view. We went in to add ‘special days’ for the previous 20 Thursdays into her employee profile so she would reappear in the calendar view but the system does not allow you to add special days in the past - which makes the system unusable for anyone who ever changes their working days (which happens very regularly in salons)
can you please show all employees with bookings in the calendar view even if they are not meant to be working on that day (that means we can see we need to reschedule those clients)
can you also please allow us to add special days into a past date
We are not quite sure why you need to set this up and show up this in the past but we can understand that there are specific scenarios in various type of business. Our developers started to work on new redesign of the backend this will not be implemented shortly since it is a pretty being task but it will look different and have many more options. I can not promise that this will be implemented but all suggestions will be reviewed.
