we have used this shortcut since we started with amelia a few years ago now when a client picks a location it freezes for around 30 seconds before working again. This is having a serious impact on our appts
This is not related to Amelia this is either due to your site or it can be some issue with your hosting provider. We suggest that you first reach out to your web deigned so that they can check for any issues if that does not help you need to reach out to your hosting provider so that they can check if there are interference or issues on your server.
