We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I'm going to purchasing the Amelia pro-plan shortly. My website is currently in Wix and I am building a new website via Wordpress at the moment.
Please can you let me know what needs to be done on the backend of Wordpress to get all the functionality working. Currently all of my payments go through Wix but from what I have read Amelia payments go through Stripe so I have created an account with them? Is it easy to link these together/ how would I do that?
On my Wix platform I am completely set up with a timetable of classes, a physio diary etc and I have multiple members on different packages and subscriptions. What is the process for transferring this data over?
As soon as I know how to begin transferring/ setting up I will purchase the software.
Warm Regards,
Jennifer
Hi,
Currently, there is no direct option to transfer data from Wix to WordPress. You’ll need to manually migrate your data, such as class timetables, physio diaries, and memberships.
For setting up Stripe with Amelia, you can follow the documentation provided here: Configuring Payments in Amelia. This guide will help you integrate Stripe with your Amelia setup.
If you have any further questions, feel free to ask!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
