hi, the slots i have on my google calendar created by other calendar are still showing the availability in amelia, one month ago was not like that could you help me to fix them please?
Events from Google Calendar will not be displayed in Amelia but busy events from Google Calendar will block time slots in Amelia. For that purpose, please make sure that the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" option is enabled on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page. Also, you can increase the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" option as well.

Here is why: the calendar that your employee is connected is to "[email protected]" calendar and not the "Horario en Preply" calendar that you shared with me.
This is what I mentioned before.
To resolve this, I would suggest that you change the connection to Google Calendar from "[email protected]" to "Horario en Preply".

I created a new employee and added a busy event in Google Calendar and that day was not bookable on the front-end.
It could be that you created a busy event on the wrong calendar on your Google account.

Now, are those "reply" events part of the same calendar that your employee is connected to?
