We changing our websites over from bookly to Amelia. We have completed one Gen-TechConstruction.com We are now going to GTInspects.com our next . My question is in Bookly the client can choose any inspector for an inspection and that gives them the most immediate appointments or if they want a specific inspector they can use the drop down list of inspectors and choose the inspector they want. How do we set that up in Amelia?
If you already have our licenses, please write to us in the Amelia category not in pre purchase. The reason we ask you to do this is that there has been a lot of abuse. Because if the license has expired and the subscription has not been renewed, these users do not have access to our support, the same applies to licenses that are purchased through Envato. Licenses purchased through Envato have access to our support for only 6 months when that time period has to elapse they have to contract Envato to extend the time for support.
We hope you understand.
This is how Amelia works per default so there is nothing to be set specifically. If you do not set that employee field is not mandatory they do not have to choose an emplyoee so then all available time slots for that service will show. If they choose a specific employee they will see only available time slots for that specific employee or you can hide the employee field in customize section so that they do not see the choice at all. This is up to you. Also in settings appointment section you can decide how employees will be added to an appointment round robin, random, etc.
If you do not have our license yet then you can buy our license and try Amelia out. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee, and in that period of time, you test everything and see if Amelia fits your needs.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
In that case in the future please reach out to us in Amelia category not in pre purchase category.
As for your emplyoee question we have responded to in the reply bellow
