We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
in events, you have the Allow bringing more persons option. That's very handy. Except, I am using a tool to import events from an external source. There are very many events being imported this way, and I don't want to edit each of them manually.
Where can I make a general setting that for each person booking an event, they can only book for themselves?
In addition, setting The Netherlands as default origin for the phone number (on the booking form) would be nice as well. How can I do that?
Also, the pulldown for countries (phone number selector) completely falls out of view: you can see the problem here
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. This is designed in such a way that this is enabled per default so there is a possibility to change this so you will need to manually turn off this for each event I'm afraid.
2. In general settings you can set that Netherlands is shown per default like this
3. Most likely this is due to theme or some custom styles. We will take a look at this now and we will reach out to you again on this ticket as soon as we have more information.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hello again,
As we suspected you added some custom styles so this changed the look of our booking form.
You are entering a lot of custom modifications and we can not guarantee that those styles will work with the form or bear any responsibilities for that when custom styles are entered. You need to remove those stalyes and our booking form will show properly.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,

Hello Marko,
thank you for looking at the issues. I will have a look at the custom CSS and make the necessary changes.
A shame that you now offer a very customizable form, but do not offer the option of actually disabling parts of it that are not necessary for everyone. It is totally undoable to change this setting manually for the hundreds of events that are being imported into the calendar. It seems that all of the new functionalities that are implemented into Amelia never really fit what I need...
We will have to settle for annoying our customers with a superfluous screen.
Hello again,
Glad to hear that all is fine now and for any changes that you would like to see in Amelia we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
