I did not have the cron set up properly to schedule appointment reminders. As a result, I have a backlog of very many SMS with a status of "queued." If these will not send out automatically once the cron is set up, then I have no problem.
If setting up the cron will cause all of these old reminders to go out, please help me clear this queue.
1. We have nothing to with cron settings since this is set on the server. But perhaps they are send you need to refresh to see the if the were sent or nor since status queue appear in any case
2. Regarding the Queued status:
The SMS often has a status queued but is actually sent.
The status of the SMS is not refreshed automatically.
We can log in to your site to test notifications to see if they are sent if you wish.
For this, we need remote admin access.
As for the status queue, we will work on it in the future, but we can't say an exact ETA on it.
