We are unable to reproduce that issue, but there is a number of users who experience it.

It seems it is a cache/or security issue coming from Chrome.

Can you please confirm which browser and which version of it are you using when this issue happens?

For now, it seems it only happens on Chrome.

Please open your browser's developer console and check if you see one or more red text error there.

If so, please screenshots of the error and send it to us.

Then, if you can try a different browser and let me know if the issue happens on multiple browsers?

In the end, if you can purge cache of Chrome, and this should resolve the issue.

Hi Dylan,

A couple of other users sent us an error from the Chrome developer console. We passed it to our developers, they are doing their best to try and reproduce it, but on all our test Sites, we do not have that issue, since we already cleared cache of our Chrome browsers - we regularly clear cache as usual.

- If I understood, it will not be possible to clear cache on your Chrome browser?

- Is it possible for you to try any other browser, while we work on isolating it for Chrome?

- Can you send us remote WP-Admin access so we can try to reproduce it on your Site, to check if we can see the issue there?

If so, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, 

as well as FTP credentials and access to the database ( either link with credentials for PHPmyAdmin, or access to Hosting Panel),

so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Sorry, I forgot to ask, in order for us to isolate it, since we can't reproduce it, did you try opening your Chrome browser developer console ( the hotkey is F12), and check can you see the error in the console?

If so, please take a screenshot or a Video and try to copy the full error text, then send it to us.

Without seeing the error or reproducing it, we won't be able to isolate it.

Other than that, please follow the other points we asked :

- Did you try any other browser, if possible?

- Can you send us remote Admin access, to double-check if we can see the issue when we log in from our end?
