I have a photography studio and I offer discounts to clients depending on if I can use their photos to promote my business. I offer 10% to use client photos behind a paywall, 15% to use their photos on all my socials, and 50% if they let me document and post their entire session at the studio.
Is there a way, not using coupon codes, to offer the these discounts to clients when they're filling out their booking form? I want the price to change in real time, depending on their selection.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more votes the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.
One more thing: I'd like to have appointments start on the hour (example: 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm...) but some of my extras have 15-minute durations. Is there a way to show whole hour bookings while still offering 15-minute extras?
I apologize for the barrage of questions but I have yet another to add:
I need to use conditional logic to determine what my client will pay for the session; I use Gravity Forms for this. Is there a way to import the Service and Extras selections directly from the client's Gravity Form submission into the Amelia booking form while they are creating the appointment? (They'd fill out the Gravity Form first, which would then re-direct them to the Amelia Calendar to choose date/time/beautician/etc and then complete the payment via Woocommerce.)
Thank you for the update on this and for your patience.
1. For that purpose, you will need to disable the "Use service duration for booking a time slot" option on the Amelia/Settings/General page.
