In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Strange intermittent problem, hopefully you can have a suggestion. The schedule system seems to work when I test it and when the owner tests it. But, some people it doesn't work. She sent me a video (tried to upload here, but the system wouldn't let me). She's tried her phone and chrome on her desktop and it does the same thing. When she gets to the last screen and clicks submit payment, the app just refreshes and it won't go to the final screen. No matter how many times she clicks it, it just refreshes.
I've cleared cache, cookies. I've set W3 caching plug-in to not cache that page.
Again, it's working for some, but not others. So, when you test it, I'm sure it will probably work.
But, I thought I'd check to see if you have any suggestions?

We went on your site but we could not replicate the issue. We search in the console but there was no error.
1. Please send us a short one minute video of the issue. You can upload video via wetransfer and send us link here
2. Amelia either work or it doesn't it can not work for some users and then not to work for others.
3. When you replicate the issue and send us a video we will follow the exact same steps so that e can replicate it onour end also.
4. We cannot resolve the issue if we can not see and replicate it

I agree it's hard to troubleshoot. it's either going to work, or it's not. But, this is a video of her trying to finish the checkout. It won't go past the payment screen. It just keeps refreshing. She's tried in 'Incognito mode', she's cleared the cache, cookies (I have caching disabled on that page anyway). She's even tried her phone, not on WiFi. She's tried Edge and Chrome. All three do the same thing.

I can't duplicate it either. It works for me. But, I'm passing this along from the client. This is the person that's going to be entering in the scheduling and she can't get it to work.

Hello again,
The most likely issue is with that user. She is trying to book as an employee most likely or something similar. We can see that she get a stripe connect error in console when we try to book with the same user
And then when we try to book with a any other user we do not see the issue. So if she test books she can book with some imaginary user not with the real one and of course customers can not be employees also.
