We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more votes the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

1. Please check how did you set the default time slot step in general settings

2. If you have buffer time for this service 

3. This is perhaps most important check if you have appointments already booked for that time period so that they do not overlap
