How can my client cancel or reschedule their appointment? I don't see an option on the front end or in notifications for it to do this

Thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you will need to enable the "Allow customers to reschedule their own appointments" option on the Amelia/Settings/Roles/Customers page to allow this on the customer panel.
You can also configure this in notifications by adding the following HTML code:
