Hi. I've just upgraded to the pro package. I'm still setting up the website and had the free version installed. I managed to create a service and everything was working fine. Now things are not quite working as they were. The time slots are not appearing anymore. they do appear, though, if I use the old bookings form version 1.0 (I think it's 1.0. I've added it via Divi module).
I have attached a video capture. Much easier than see the issue. First part of video is with 2.0 form. Second part is another page with the old form but same services. First one, doesn't show time slots, second one does.
Also, why am I not being prompted to pay? I'm going to offer online consultations, so I need payment in advance. Though I'm going to be selling it through woocommerce, so I guess it doesn't really matter, but still good to know.
Perhaps there is some sort of conflict with some other plugin so that time slots does not show for 2.0 booking forms which work in vue3.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
As for payment you di not set any online payment but you are using on site and that is why they can book without payment up front. You need to enable online payment method and to enter your keys from that particular payment method. You can read more about it on this link https://wpamelia.com/configuring-payments/

Thanks. I completely forgot I had installed a new support ticketing system and that was the culprit! Fixed now, though it's a bit unfortunate as I quite liked it.
While we're here, if you don't mind I have another question. In the settings for woocommerce in Amelia, I have selected to redirect to Amelia bookings page, but I just get sent to the woocommerce default page. Is there a specific page?
Can you send us the name of that plugin so that i can forward this to our QA team so that they can take a closer look and to see if this is possible to resolve on our end?
As for your question once you book and if you save this properly and purgee the cache you should be redirected to Amelia page. Can you please send us URL and 100% off WooCommerce coupon so that we can test this?
I just wanted to say that this issue is now solved. I contacted Supportcandy and they asked me to follow these instructions:
Please go to Support > Settings > General > Page Settings > Load Scripts and select Custom option. Now, select the pages in which you have used SupportCandy-related shortcodes.
