I’m using Amelia to manage my clients’ appointments and payments via WooCommerce. I’ve noticed that clients are not receiving the notifications from Amelia, even though they are configured correctly. I’ve attached my email logs and notification settings.

It's not about the email, it's about the email parameters. You should have a proper username and password, as well as the host configured. The reason why you see an email sent from WordPress is that the WP mail might work, but the other emails are usually flagged as spam and therefore they end up in a spam folder or they are not sent, at all. For that reason, we recommend the SMTP protocol so try configuring it for SMTP and let us know if it works.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I tried sending a test email from Amelia, and that worked fine, but the automatic emails from Amelia after a client books aren’t coming through. My payment method is through WooCommerce, and while clients are receiving the WooCommerce emails, they aren’t getting the ones from Amelia.
I’m still not receiving notifications from Amelia v7.8.2, neither for myself nor for my clients. I checked my email logs in WordPress and found that notifications were working well about four months ago. I haven’t made any changes to my website configuration since then, except following the support team’s suggestion to set up my email using SMTP.
Could you please help me troubleshoot this further? I would really appreciate any assistance to get notifications back to normal. Thank you very much!

I have same problem with the site and setting are correct. But it wont send notification to clients.
Also want to use Company email.
