Hi, I have two different services in Amelia. For one service, I have set up email notifications for both the user and employee in the notification settings. However, for the second service, I'm not seeing an option to send different email drafts for both the employee and user. How can I configure this in the notifications settings?
Please assist
Hi Vrushabh,
Thanks for reaching out to us. All services created in the backend will be visible in the expanding menu when you create a new notification template. So, here -
When creating a new notification template, on the left side you will find the option to send them for both employees and customers
You would just need to select services from the expanding menu and configure the other parameters
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
