I have 2 employees, and 1 customer want to do book this 2 employees to do 2 difference service for her in the same time, but after she selected the date and time for the first service, let say 15/09 2:00pm, then click "book another" to book the service 2, there don't have 15/09 2:00pm for her to select, even my another employee don't have any booking, how can I make it so m customer can book 2 service with same time ? Thanks
You can not. This in 90% of business will be considered as double booking so this is not possible I'm afraid. Amelia is designed to prevent double booking.
However, it can be fixed with a workaround: if you connect both Employees to the same Google Calendar, then in case there's a booking for let's say 10 am with Employee A, then the same time slot at 10 am will be unavailable for further bookings with Employee B as well. Unfortunately, this workaround doesn't help to select two Employees for an Appointment separately. Thus, they will have to work in "fixed" pairs.
Not sure if this solution works for you or not but this is the only workaround that we can offer you at this time.

Thanks for your replay. In this case, if a customer want to book 2 servicer in the same slot, she will need to have 2 AC to do it, am I right?
Do Amelia have something like combo service?
Would you explain more about how to connect multi Employees to the same Google Calendar?
Thanks
Hello again,
we are not sure what do you mean by 2 AC and this is not ideal solution but it is the only workaround that we can offer you at this time.
In employee modal if you complete Google or Outlook calendar you will be able to connect the employee to same calendar.
You will see the button there once you complete it
