We have noticed a usability issue when adding custom fields to the booking form. The form is currently displayed within a box layout, and when additional custom fields are added, it creates a vertical scroll within the popup. This vertical scrolling is not very intuitive and affects the user experience, making it less user-friendly.
To improve usability and provide a more streamlined booking process, we would like to request the option to add an additional step or separate screen for displaying more information. This would help in organizing the content better, avoiding the need for vertical scrolling, and enhancing the overall user experience.
If adding extra steps is not possible, we would like to know if there is an alternative option to display the steps outside of the box layout to prevent vertical scrolling. This could provide a more intuitive flow for users as they complete their bookings.
Could you please let us know if such enhancements are possible or if there are any alternative solutions available?
Thank you for your consideration. We look forward to your response.
