We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hello! I use Amelia for a client and I want to use it for another one, but before I purchase another license I need to know if what we need to do is possible. I've been searching the documentation, articles and tickets, but haven't found a solution yet.

Many of the services my client is going to offer, need a previous talk with his client to know exactly what they need and determine the corresponding price according to the amount of work required. So after they are clear on what the job entails and the price, the Admin creates the appointment, setting the category, the service, the employee, date and time, but I don't know how to add the price that is only specific to that client appointment. It doesn't work if I need to add it to the employee or the service itself because it's something that it's going to change for every client/appointment. This services are mostly home improvements/maintenance and it is not possible to set a fixed price for them.

Is there a way for the Admin to create appointments for clients but to set the price in that moment?

All of this is to be able to use Payment Links in the notification email so the client can make the payment for the full custom price.

    Thank you!

    Hello Camila,

Unfortunately, Amelia doesn't currently support setting a custom price for individual appointments directly when creating them. The only available option is to create multiple services, each with a different price, to match the specific needs of each client. This would allow you to select a service with the appropriate price during the appointment creation process. While it's not as flexible as setting a custom price for each appointment, this approach can still provide some level of customization. If you have further questions or need assistance with setting up these services, feel free to reach out!

    Kind Regards,
