I am experiencing an issue with the WooCommerce integration in the Amelia plugin on my website. I am using the WooCommerce functionality in Amelia to add event bookings to the shopping cart, so that all payments on the site can be centralized through WooCommerce. However, I have encountered a problem when a customer places an order that includes both an event booking and another product (not another event booking).
When I try to complete a purchase with both an event booking and a different product in the cart, I receive the following error message on the order confirmation page:
"There was an error processing your order. Please check for any charges in your payment method and review your order history before placing the order again."
On the other hand, the process works perfectly when the cart contains only event bookings or only other types of products.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I appreciate any guidance you can provide to help me resolve this problem as quickly as possible.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
