When a customer forgets password and click on the Reset Password? link (I have it in Czech, so I am not sure what is there in English) in Customer Panel login, they fill in their e-mail address and a password reset link should be sent to them. But, for some reason, a link to Customer Panel login is being sent out instead. Could you please help me with this issue? I am not including any screenshots because it works exactly as I have described, no error messages, the Customer Panel form looks normal. Just the e-mail being sent out is wrong. Thank you in advance for your help.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I have one more question regarding appoitments booking. I run a music school website and some students have double lessons. After a student is given their time slot, they go to the booking system and make the reservation official by paying for the lesson. But, quite often their double time slot is not available. For example, when we are open on Monday from 2 pm to 8 pm, in Amelia double time slots available are from 2 pm, then 4 pm, etc. I need students to be able to choose also double time slots like from 3 pm and 5 pm but these are not showing. The only workaround I have found is to add 2 separate hour long appointments into the basket. If there is setting I am missing, could you please tell me where to change this?

I tested out the customer panel forgot a password function and it worked just fine.
Can you please test it out from your end and also the other issue that you mentioned?
