For the customer email notification, I am using Google Smtp with the app password, but when the user booked the ticket with a business email or domain email like [email protected], [email protected], etc., it cannot get an email notification. I am trying all the possibilities, like 2A verification and so on. Please kindly tell me how to solve this issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the access. You are using the WP mail for email settings. While this might work, emails are usually flagged as spam, and it takes more time for them to be sent. Instead, we recommend SMTP protocol as per the instructions from this link. Make sure that the configuration is properly configured and then send a test email to double check the emails.
