Are follow up emails disabled from sending if an appointment is marked as No Show prior to the follow up email from being sent?
Hello Richar,
Yes, follow-up emails are only sent for appointments that have been marked as approved. If an appointment is marked as a "No Show" before the follow-up email is scheduled to be sent, the email will not be sent. The system is designed to only send these emails for appointments that have been successfully completed and approved.
