My website only showing a fraction of  events in the front end for the customer. It appears the issue started after Amelia version update. I remember that it was working fine until June 2024 at least.

Need to show all events on the page as per URL- https://isandboxfactory.com/kids-events/

There was also pagination working in the past, it has stopped as well.

I would like to show all events (currently set up to December ) and bring back the working pagination. In past, about 25 events were showing on the page in customer view and then rest will show on additional pages linked at the bottom of the events section. I would like to go back to the same status.

I tried to root cause it. I believe multi day events are potentially causing a conflict between the backend settings and the front end view for the customer. Pls see attached image.

    Hello again,

There is no issue with Amelia, you set the shortcode with preselected tag kids

Once you remove this tag Amelia will show all events. So Amelia is working properly based on what you have set.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Hello Marko,

Thank you for your response. The ticket is for only one issue and I provided you additional information as I tried to solve it.

As you can see from top menu titled “workshops and Camps” and there are two types of events- kids and Adults. We are using tags to separate two types of events.
In the back end, the tag for kids have been set appropriately. If you select “Kid” from this menu, it is only showing a fraction of total events.

Here is why In would like you review our problem again-

    1. In the past , same functionality has been working for over an year and no such issues

    2.  On the same page, if you change the date to a future date, you can see a different set of events from future. If the tagging was an issue, other events should not show up.

    3. To root cause the problem, I created 25 events with only one date (not events spread over 4 weeks as shared in the image in the ticket). Now suddenly I was able to see 20 plus events on first page followed by two more pages of other events. So pagination was working properly.

    Summary-

Our weekly events spread over 4 weeks are creating some sort of issue. If we do not use the current method of adding dates in setup, we only see one event date and we lose visibility to future events at the backend. Pls help us in solving the problem.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello again,

Thank you for your feedback but Im afraid that we do not understand you this time what you done and what you found. For this please send us u short one minute video of the issue and results.

But unless you change this shortcode only events with this tag should appear on this page.

Please send us screenshots first where you placed [ameliaeventslistbooking] shortcode and send ut that URL. Because as we mentioned if you place this [ameliaeventslistbooking] all should be working fine.

If you add tag only events with the tag should appear.

    Looking forward to your reply.
