Pourriez-vous me dire comment je peux manuellement retirer ou ajouter 1 séance à un client sur un forfait ?
Je constate qu'il s'agit d'un ticket en double, et nous avons déjà couvert ce sujet dans un autre ticket :

Pour référence future, veuillez ne pas ouvrir plusieurs tickets pour le même sujet, car cela prend du temps à vous comme à nous pour retrouver une réponse deux fois (par exemple, si mon collègue a déjà répondu sur un autre ticket) ou pour vous informer que le ticket a été soumis plus d'une fois.
Nous traitons les tickets dans l'ordre dans lequel ils sont reçus et/ou répondus, donc créer plusieurs tickets ne fera qu'augmenter notre file d'attente, cela n'accélérera rien. Nous essayons d'être aussi rapides que possible, donc merci pour votre patience !
