I tried to upgrade my starter package but it only added another starter package. I just need to upgrade my package associated with adamsattva.com to a Standard package.

I did that, and it just added another Starter package. I will try again, but I need to be refunded for the extra package that was added or if you can just upgrade one of my packages, that can work also. I need that standard package.

Unfortunatelly, we can't do that, you must do that manually through your TMS store account. The other solution is to request a refund for this starter package and then purchase a new license from our website.

Thank you for your help. I didn't know if this was AI or something. Yes, I requested the refund for one of the packages. I didn't receive any changes. The extra package is still showing there and the bank is not showing any refund.

Refund needs to be processed first manually by management and it usually takes 5 - 7 business days for the fund to be processed to your account. Unfortunatelly, it's not automatic, since it also depends on our resell.
