We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
We are using WPForms and WPDataTables in our website Killevippen.dk (wordpress). Threw WPForms we get entries for our waitingslist for new kids in then kindergarden.
We would like to import entries directly from this waitingslist (WPForms) directly to WPDataTables, So we would like a waitinglisttable in WPDataTables where we easily can import from WPForms and also manually from excel. A manual change of entries would be fine. I hope this is possible.
Hi Martin,
We don't have any native integration with WPForms at this time, so if you mean to synchronize our Table to output Form data, that is not possible.
We have several other built-in integrations with form plugins which can be used to make a table linked to synchronize outputting the Form entries.
These form integrations are :
- integration for Forminator Forms, ( a free add-on),
- Formidable Forms integration;
and Gravity Forms integration. (Gravity Form-linked tables can be editable in our Plugin)
You can try those out, you will find the documentation pages on the hyperlinks above - and each of them can be tested on their own Sandbox Demo Site, which you will also find there.
2. If you need editable tables :
Only if the WPForms have a way to export the Form entries such as any format which wpDataTables can accept for import, such as CSV or Excel or if you have a way to export it on a Google Spreadsheet.
(Our Support does not cover that part, we can't confirm if that is possible, you need to check this with the WPForms support)
Then, if you need an editable table, you can import the data as CSV/Excel/or Google Sheet as per this Documentation.
That makes a new Manual table in your SQL Database, which can be edited by our Plugin.
You can later also update existing Manual tables via file upload.
3. 'Manually from excel' :
I am not sure what you meant by that, if you mean to use our Excel-Like Editor, this feature is exclusive to Manual tables.
I hope that helps.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
