You as admin can book new or edit existing appointment only form Amelia backend. That is why the blackened exists. There is no other way to book appointments then from the Amelia backend.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Hello Marko, I understand what you're saying, and it's not a problem to manage this from the backend. But I don't see the point of being able to manually occupy those spaces, even through the backend, unless I create a manual appointment specifying the day and time that I know I have open for reservations. Isn't there some way to see from the backend those spaces and hours open for reservation and occupy them manually?
I'm afraid we don't understand what exactly you want to achieve and what exactly is the issue? Can you explain in a little more detail and send us some screenshots or a short one-minute video?
As far as we can see you want to create situation of "urgency" so that your customers feel the need to book faster so that they do not lose spots.
If this is correct and if we have understood you properly we do not have such option available in Amelia. On the booking form you can not show how many seats are available if this is a group appointments or similar. The only option that we have at this time is to create manually "dummy" appointments and to show them as unavailable on the booking form and then to enable this option in customize section
This will require a lot of manual booking but there is not other option at this time Im afraid.
